Paul founded NPHS with Mr Ozziey Ulker in January 2017. Paul is an experienced business professional and has been successful in a number of businesses. Paul holds an Msc in Enterprise management from Durham University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). He is also IOSH certified and holds numerous other awards/certificates in business.
Melanie is the HR manager for the company. She joined the business in 2017.
Melanie has many years of experience of all aspects of HR especially the construction market. She gained her degree in Business studies at Sunderland University and is CIPD qualified.
Ozziey founded NPHS with Paul McFarling in January 2017. Ozziey is a highly experienced Contracts manager.
He has project managed many complex installations throughout the UK. He leads a team of highly trained employees to ensure perfect installations.
Paul joined the business in 2018. Paul manages all of the online media and back office automation and IT.
Paul is a highly professional IT specialists and has many years of developing bespoke software for back office operations.
